Special General Meeting of the Sri Lanka Bar Association at Hultsdorf today

Sri Lanka Bar Association will be holding a special general meeting today to discuss about the future steps that need to be taken regarding the impeachment against the Chief Justice.

The SLBA stated that all its members have been invited to take part in this meeting which is scheduled to be held at the Colombo Supreme Court Complex grounds.

It is reported that a proposal regarding the independence of the Judiciary presented by the membership is also scheduled to be approved.
